ISE 2020 will take place next February at the RAI Amsterdam, running over four days and will showcase everything the professional AV industry has to offer.

Spanning across 15 halls, the event will eclipse last year’s number of 81,000 visitors and feature more than 1,300 exhibitors as well as additional conferences and teaching sessions.

The opening address will have a guest speaker in Duncan Wardle, a former Disney executive who will speak on how innovation can become part of the day-to-day working culture in our business.

To help visitors make their way around the world’s largest exhibition for AV and systems integration, ISE has split the exhibitors into six different technology zones: audio and live events, digital signage and DooH, education technology, residential, smart buildings and unified communications.

Additionally, guests will find the newly-minted innovation zone in hall 14, a specially-designed area for first-time ISE exhibitors to showcase their newest technology.

Joining the new zone in hall 14 will be the ISE Main Stage which will offer thought leadership and best practice sessions from ISE and international trade organisations and co-owners CEDIA and AVIXA among others. Each of these sessions will be free to attend and don’t require any additional booking.

Sticking with the tagline of ‘learn, discover and be inspired’, ISE 2020 has evolved its program for the growing proportion of end-users who are eager to see and hear the latest technologies and solutions by adding to the 2020 conference and professional development program.

Long-standing fixtures including the Digital Signage Summit ISE and Smart Buildings Conference ISE will be joined by the XR Summit ISE, the Digital Cinema Summit ISE and the Hospitality Technology Summit ISE by HTNG to name a few.

The CEDIA Design & Build Conference will also be there; targeting architects, interior designers and other design and build professionals in the residential space.

CEDIA are also debuting its CEDIA Cybersecurity Workshop, a theory-based interactive workshop which will challenge attendees to produce procedures and customer policies around network and cybersecurity.

CEDIA are also hosting CEDIA Talks, its 20-minute free of charge sessions focusing on the emerging trends and new technologies.

Making its much-anticipated returns are AudioForm, focusing on acoustics and wellbeing, attractionsTECH covering the visitor attractions market and AGORA which will focus on the importance of sports venues as a key market for AV professionals.

ISE are following up this year’s projection onto the nhow Amsterdam RAI Hotel with a projection mapping showcase and you could comfortably say that a show all about AV and systems integrations will know how to blow you away with its projection show.

ISE 2020 will be the final show to be held at the RAI Amsterdam before it relocates to the Fira de Barcelona in 2021. The traditional invitation-only closing keynote will be held on the Friday and ISE will say goodbye to Amsterdam and the RAI and look ahead to what Barcelona has to offer.
