Televic, distributed by Corsair Solutions in Australia, has partnered with Logitech to bring its D-Cerno discussion system into hybrid meeting room installations built around the Logitech Rally Bar, combining dedicated participant microphones with an all-in-one video conferencing platform.

The integration is designed around an “at-seat audio” approach, giving each participant a dedicated audio path rather than relying on a single microphone to capture conversation from across the room.

The Televic D-Cerno system connects directly to the Logitech Rally Bar via a single USB connection, removing additional integration layers between the conference audio and video systems. Standard shielded CAT cabling connects the individual D-Cerno tabletop units.

The approach is intended to improve speech intelligibility for remote participants by capturing each voice directly at the source, rather than relying on audio picked up from a microphone positioned elsewhere in the room.

For IT and AV teams, the system can be accessed over the network for configuration, monitoring and updates. Televic and Logitech say the simplified architecture can reduce deployment and support requirements, particularly when the same meeting-room design needs to be replicated across multiple spaces.

The integration gives integrators another approach to hybrid room design, combining Televic’s dedicated discussion audio with Logitech’s established video conferencing platform without adding unnecessary layers between the two systems.
