Signaling reasons behind the move, “It was felt that as both businesses have a great set of resources covering a number of disciplines, we need to now share our team to service the demand for our clients across the board.
“In addition, strength in numbers allows us to healthily maintain existing relationships and further develop new areas of business opportunities in the marketplace, such as corporate, hospitality and luxury marine.”

As a result of the merger, Surround Sounds will be expanding its operations with an increased sales
force, project management and electronic system technician team.
A complete overhaul of the company’s branding is currently being undertaken with new websites under
production and a targeted marketing campaign covering sectors ranging from modest to the prestige.
Surround Sounds are also investing in key infrastructure with database management, accounting and IT
elements of the business being completely upgraded. Key areas of the Nedlands showroom will also be
renovated with more demonstration areas for retail and custom product. An additional 300 sq metres of
prime real estate has been made available within the store for demonstration of key systems.
The new proprietorship will allow key areas of the business to gain more focus and attention.
