SurgeX launches CONNECT and power solutions at CEDIA Expo 2025
SurgeX, distributed by Amber Technology in Australia, has launched the CONNECT remote monitoring and management platform, Axess ELITE+ and DisplayPak+ at CEDIA Expo 2025.
CONNECT enables partners to monitor tens, hundreds or thousands of devices across multiple sites from a single dashboard.

SurgeX director of residential sales Chad Russel says that CONNECT allows professionals to be proactive and take control of power quality across all installations.
“Integrators can reduce callouts and deliver enhanced service by remotely monitoring, controlling, toggling and rebooting all compatible SurgeX devices and outlets. CONNECT helps partners demonstrate what’s working, what isn’t and where improvements can be made. This, paired with our renowned SurgeX power protection hardware, makes for an unrivalled offering.”
CONNECT is fully compatible with all products in SurgeX’s Protect + CONNECT product line and integrates with devices such as Axess ELITE+, DisplayPak+, Vertical Series+ and SQUID+.
DisplayPak+ is a compact, WiFi and Ethernet-enabled PDU tailored for installations where rack-based solutions aren’t feasible. DisplayPak+ offers robust SurgeX-grade protection against surges, spikes and EMI/RFI interference, and is available in two or four-receptacle models.
Axess ELITE+ is SurgeX’s flagship rack-mounted power management solution. It is CONNECT-enabled and combines Advanced Series Mode surge elimination with IP outlet control and real-time analytics. Axess ELITE+ features individually switchable outlets, external temperature and humidity sensors and compatibility with third-party control systems.
