Soundcast expands engineering team

Soundcast has expanded its engineering capability by adding an outsourced constituent. In doing this, the company aims to accelerate development and delivery of pristine audio fidelity in addition to the advancement and integration of future connectivity technologies.

“We are aligning our engineering forces both internally and outsourced to deliver on our key strategy and core ambitions,” says Soundcast COO Leonard Santos. “This will allow us to refine and elevate the products developed for the Soundcast ecosystem.”

In recognition, Soundcast identifies its internal engineering team: Senior electronics program engineer Mike England. Mike manages all electronics and firmware programming. Senior acoustical project engineer Aderito Beltran is responsible for managing mechanicals and all acoustics. Product engineer Joan Mei is dedicated to quality control and document management. Technical support engineer Omar Vasquez is lead testing engineer and technical materials chief. In addition, Humberto Hernandez is operations manager Asia. Humberto is responsible for new product and technologies research and development, sourcing and production. In addition to its large in-house engineering resources Soundcast uses specialised outsourced engineers for specific projects for its new product development.

“Our leadership is retaining the best people and resources at every level and is committed to wireless and connectivity audio and its advancement through innovative engineering and R&D that is now running at full force,” concludes Santos.
