Snap One has entered into an Australian distribution agreement with Ness Corporation, an Australian alarm and surveillance manufacturer.

The agreement gives partner integrators based in Australia a curated selection of Snap One products in person at Ness locations in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. Additionally, integrators will gain same-day access to a wider range of solutions as well as scheduled in-person training sessions.

“We’re thrilled to be working with Ness to give our Australian custom integration Partners the ability to procure Snap One products at physical stores on the way to a job or order them ahead of time, providing much greater job site flexibility and offering rapid replacements or extra components when needed,” Snap vice president and general manager, Asia Pacific, Adam Merlino says.

“As part of our omnichannel fulfilment strategy, this agreement gives Snap One Partners a convenient new shopping option while providing Ness members new motivation to join the Snap One family. Greater product choice and accessibility is a win for everyone, and we’re excited to offer local integrators new tools from networking gear to power monitoring systems to high-end speakers.”

Through the distribution agreement, Snap One Partners can now open a trading account with Ness and begin procuring Snap One products in person today. Underpinned by the industry-leading OvrC remote monitoring and management platform, the product offering includes Araknis Networking, Wattbox IP power, Episode multi-room amplification and Core series in-ceiling speakers, ClareVision (NDAA Certified) Surveillance, Strong racks and mounts, Wirepath speaker and data cable and Binary HDMI and MoIP (Media over IP).

“Ness aims to provide Australia’s custom integration professionals with everything they need to design and install effective security solutions and integrated systems, and by carrying Snap One’s respected product lines we hope to attract new in-person customers as well as broaden our existing customers’ product options and even help them branch into new areas,” Ness managing director Naz Circosta says.
