Sharp Corporation Australia national marketing manager Mark Beard says, “This year, Sharp is celebrating its 100 year anniversary, a history of creating first-to-market, breakthrough products.
“Sharp introduced the 70-inch 3D Quattron LCD TV (LC70LE735X) early this year, and coupled with the soon to be released 80-inch and the highly anticipated release of the 90-inch LCD TV later this year, Sharp is gaining great momentum in large screen LCD TV’s,” Mark says.
Sharp’s “Big is too Small a word” campaign commences on 24 June 2012. Kicking off the campaign will be 3 x TVCs promoting the Sharp 70” LCD TV. These adverts are 15 seconds long and will aired via subscription TV and Free To Air (FTA) metro and regional areas until the end of July.

Following this Sharp will run an outdoor, bus and TV campaign to high-light the 70” & 80” SPECTACULARGE new range over the period of July and August. And to promote the Viewmongus 80” LCD TV release a TVC will be aired via subscription TV and FTA metro and regional areas between August and September.
Social media will also be used to spread the “Big is too small a word” message, with further details regarding this being released closer to August.
