The LC-32M400X incorporates Sharp’s HD 16:9 WXGA Panel (1366×768 pixels) with CCFL backlight technology and a HD inbuilt digital tuner.

“This LCD TV combines elegant design and performance with the added advantage of USB media playback for photos, music and videos,” says Sharp Corporation Australia national marketing manager Mark Beard.

“Digital audio clarity is also ensured with the LC-32M400X featuring a digital amplifier and high power audio output (10W per channel), combined with Dolby Digital surround sound for movie theatre-like sound enhancement,” says Mark.

Various connections available include HDMI terminals for ‘digital to digital’ connection to a range of AV equipment, plus a comprehensive range of analogue inputs and outputs, including an audio out terminal.

Additionally the HDMI and AQUOS Link features allow users to seamlessly control compatible HDMI connected products using a single remote control. Other features, such as Advanced Optical Picture Control (OPC) automatically adjusts the screen to suitable backlight brightness according to the ambient lighting conditions also included in this model.

The Sharp 32” LC-32M400X is available late August from all leading retailers.
