Sharp GX-BT7 wireless speaker system
Built to produce the best quality sound from your smartphone and tablet, the GX-BT7 streams audio via Bluetooth, with Near Field Communication (NFC) tags. Consumers can position the tags up to 10m away from the speaker and put their phone or tablet on the tag to stream music from the device.
The GX-BT7 supports Android’s Open-Accessory protocol and Apple’s IAP protocol. This means you can connect your compatible smartphone via the USB terminal and enjoy high quality audio playback from YouTube or other video content not just MP3 files.
Sharp Corporation of Australia national marketing manager Mark Beard says Sharp has recognised the changes consumers are looking for when it comes to audio products.

“Today nearly everyone owns a smartphone or tablet, which are often used to share content with friends and family. The Sharp Wireless Bluetooth Speaker System allows consumers to do this from a range of compatible devices and conveniently at the touch of a button with no extra cords,” Mark says.
The GX-BT7 has been specifically designed to enhance sound quality. Once turned on, the curvy, double cylinder speakers open from the centre positioning the two 8cm sub-woofers on each end at the perfect angle to maximise sound projection. The LED lights then sync to the beat of the track, producing the ultimate sound experience.
“The new speaker system is packed full of audio innovations and designed to produce great quality sound whether watching YouTube, listening to music or watching movies through a smartphone or tablet,” Mark says.
The Sharp GX-BT7 has a strong 2.1ch speaker system combined with 20 RMS output power and dual active subwoofer, allowing you to enjoy every beat of your favourite song with complete clarity.
