Sennheiser has released DeviceHub, a secure cloud-based platform that enables organisations to remotely monitor, manage and control Sennheiser devices through a single browser interface.

DeviceHub launches with support for Sennheiser’s TeamConnect Bar Solutions and provides IT and AV teams with centralised visibility across their entire device ecosystem. The platform eliminates the need for on-site access or local software, allowing users to manage devices from any location.

DeviceHub delivers real-time monitoring, diagnostics and alerts, giving teams clear insight into device status and performance. This allows potential issues to be identified and addressed early, reducing downtime and improving reliability in meeting rooms, classrooms and collaboration spaces.

The platform is designed to simplify large-scale deployments by organising devices according to real-world environments, including rooms, buildings, campuses or regions. This structured view makes it easier for organisations to manage multiple locations and understand system health at a glance.

Role-based access ensures secure management by allowing administrators, technicians and integrators to view and control only the devices relevant to their responsibilities. This improves operational efficiency while maintaining strict control over access and permissions.

Built on Microsoft Azure, DeviceHub incorporates enterprise-level security, including authentication controls, encrypted data handling and compliance with recognised IT security standards. These features support secure deployment across corporate, education and enterprise environments.

DeviceHub also streamlines installation and setup through a browser-based Local Web UI, reducing reliance on dedicated software and enabling faster device onboarding.

“DeviceHub represents a major step forward in how customers manage their Sennheiser devices. By bringing secure, cloud-based control to the entire ecosystem, we’re giving IT and AV teams the tools they need to work more efficiently, collaborate more effectively and support better learning and meeting experiences,” Sennheiser product marketing manager, software and security Ian Horrocks says.

Compatibility will expand beyond TeamConnect Bar Solutions, with additional Sennheiser devices scheduled to be supported throughout 2026, further strengthening the platform as a centralised device management solution.
