Screen Innovations has released the KAOS V-Screen Retention Shade System, designed for high-wind conditions and high-traffic environments.

The V-Screen shade is made for high-traffic commercial environments, while the KAOS motorised shade is made for commercial outdoor spaces by expanding usable square footage by transforming outdoor areas into comfortable and indoor-like environments.

KAOS will allow hospitality owners to expand square footage year-round while eliminating negative outdoor effects in commercial applications. The outdoor shade systems will expand outdoor entertainment and hospitality at a lower cost of construction while removing dust, pollen, no-see-ums and mosquitoes.

“With expanded sizing up to 24-feet and enhanced functionality, KAOS now stands as the industry’s most durable, low-maintenance and installer-friendly high-wind outdoor shade system on the market,” Screen Innovations president Kim Parker says.

The outdoor shades are installed half the time and the V-screen wheel system uses silent Teflon-coated constant force springs which allows more play during installations which maintaining a tighter screen in windy conditions.

Integrators can select the Bond Bridge Pro or the SI Ecosystem, using the SI or Somfy Motors, to allow for seamless control and integration of the shades.
