The award-winning Black Diamond Fusion Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) projector screen from Screen Innovations (SI) has made its commercial debut at InfoComm.

Designed to overcome the long-standing limitations of ALR technology, commercial AV professionals finally have access to its revolutionary performance.

“We’ve dreamed of this technology for more than two decades,” SI chief executive and founder Ryan Gustafson says.

“But we didn’t give up on our quest to perfect this superior technology. ALR perfection was no simple feat, it took dedication and love.”

While ALR screens are widely used today, many suffer from trade-offs such as narrow viewing angles, hotspots, sparkle or poor performance in non-ideal lighting. Fusion features 95% ambient light rejection, a 160° viewing cone and no texture, hotspots or glare.
