Schneider Electric will bring together partners, integrators, distributors, EcoXperts, technology leaders and users for Innovation Day 2026: Building Smarter Tech Ecosystems, taking place at the Sofitel Wentworth in Sydney on 18 August.

The event will examine how organisations can build smarter, more resilient technology ecosystems as they respond to accelerating AI adoption, rising energy demands and increasingly complex digital infrastructure.

The event will focus on three major trends reshaping technology investment and business strategy: The evolving energy landscape, rapid digitisation and an increasingly complex global environment. Together, these forces are driving demand for scalable, sustainable digital infrastructure and closer collaboration across technology ecosystems.

Schneider Electric vice president, IT and data centres Farokh Ghadially says organisations are facing a new era of technology convergence.

“The convergence of AI, digitisation, electrification and sustainability is fundamentally reshaping how organisations design, operate and scale their technology infrastructure,” he says.

“As customer challenges become more complex, success increasingly depends on connected ecosystems that bring together technology, expertise and partnerships. Innovation Day is an opportunity for customers, partners and industry leaders to explore how collaboration can unlock greater agility, intelligence and long-term value in the AI era.”

The program will feature presentations from Schneider Electric executives, users and industry experts covering topics including AI-ready infrastructure, IT/OT convergence, software and services, sustainability, operational visibility and total cost of ownership.

Key themes include building AI-ready ecosystems, creating new digital and recurring revenue opportunities, improving operational visibility and accelerating innovation through ecosystem collaboration.

Attendees will also be able to explore the Innovation Hub, participate in live demonstrations, attend Meet-the-Expert sessions and take part in the interactive Dragon’s Den: Smart Ecosystem Edition challenge.

The event will conclude with the APC Channel Partner Awards, recognising partner achievements throughout FY26.
