Projecting 3D ready images, these projectors are perfect for use in classrooms, lecture theatres, digital signage, conference rooms, museums and entertainment arcades and will be showcased at Integrate 2010 in Sydney this month.

Featuring a Frame Sequential Display Format, the PDG-DWL2500 and the PDG-DXL2000 projectors project images that appear ultra lifelike and striking in 3D, viewers simply need to wear 3D glasses.

The combination of 3D and short-focus projection technologies also allows 3D presentations in venues with limited space, perfect for creating an impressive company entranceway, or for smaller classrooms.

The short throw design on the PDG-DWL2500 and the PDG-DXL2000 enables wall mounting directly above a projection screen or whiteboard, which reduces shadowing and is especially beneficial for teachers and students as they don’t have to look directly into the light path when presenting to the class.

Alternatively, images can be projected onto the floor or a tabletop if the unit is not wall mounted, which is great for interactive classroom learning, art installations or creative digital signage.

Featuring an ultra short focus lens the PDG-DWL2500 is able to project a full 80-inch image from a distance of only 32cm, meaning that large images can be projected in relatively small rooms.

High brightness projection of 2,000 lumens for the PDG-DXL2000 and 2,500 lumens for the PDG-DWL2500 means big screen projections displayed are crisp, even in naturally lit rooms making it a good choice for digital signage in lighter areas or conference rooms where outside light cannot be completely blocked out.

The projectors are also equipped with a new Optical Engine for easy maintenance. Allowing a lamp replacement interval of approximately 3,000 hours, the new Optical Engine also includes top access lamp replacement which is perfect for cases of inverted ceiling installations, plus a DLP sealed optical system to ensure product longevity.
