Salamander Designs A/V Basics line
For the A/V Basics product line, Salamander decided to take a somewhat different approach. Salamander defined a line that combines popular styles with features known to enhance the performance of most AV systems. These pieces of furniture are in enough styles that everyone will find something to fit their décor.
They quick ship to the consumer fully assembled, so the consumer won’t have to wait long to be enjoying their new furniture.
All cabinets in A/V Basics include the following features:

A/V Basics models:
SDAV1
A traditional, timeless, American classic. This style fits comfortably in almost any décor. Framed wooden doors with integrated mullions and glass panes complete the aesthetic. Available in three configurations: twin width corner (two door), standard twin width (two door) with open shelf above doors, and standard triple width (three door).
SDAV2
This streamlined design features recessed glass top and cabinet door fronts and is complemented by thick, wooden side panels in espresso Wenge finish. Available in a standard triple width (three door) version, and a triple width but with two doors and roomy open shelving between the doors.
SDAV3
A contemporary and comfortable modern design. This unit combines great lines and beautiful wood to make it a real showstopper. The cabinet is a triple width with two sliding doors that permit open shelves at either end, or in the centre of the cabinet.
The A/V Basics line has been designed for people who are looking for simplicity and value, but who still want the kind of quality, style and performance that will enhance their AV experience.
Salamander Designs’ new styles, configurations and accessories are being introduced at the CEDIA US Expo, 7-10 September, 2011, at Booth 3755, Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, Indiana.
