RTI has expanded its Commercial Amplifier Series with four new models, including three Dante-enabled amplifiers, alongside new wall-mounted PoE Zone Controllers for volume and source selection without a separate control system.

The Commercial Amplifier Series provides configurable two, four and eight-channel amplification for commercial, residential and entertainment applications. The range supports both low-impedance (Lo-Z) 4Ω/8Ω loudspeakers and high-impedance (Hi-Z) 70V/100V distributed audio systems, allowing the same amplifier platform to be used across mixed-topology projects without external transformers or separate product types.

Lo-Z output is rated at 125W per channel, while Hi-Z output is rated at 250W. The Dante-enabled models, identified by the “D” in their model number, support integration with professional IP audio networks and AES67 interoperability.

This allows audio to be routed over network infrastructure for longer-distance distribution and daisy-chaining without dedicated audio cabling.

Configuration is handled through a browser-based interface accessible via wired Ethernet or built-in WiFi, with no dedicated software required. Installers can configure inputs, output zones, per-channel parametric EQ, crossover, delay, limiter, polarity, signal routing and GPIO-based external control.

Presets can also be locked, exported and shared between projects to streamline commissioning and maintain consistent system tuning.

The amplifiers use UMAC Class D output circuitry and a UREC universal switch-mode power supply with power factor correction.

The wall-mounted PoE Zone Controller is designed specifically for the RTI-AMP Series and provides local volume and source selection when a separate control system isn’t installed. The controller mounts in a standard single-gang in-wall box and connects to the amplifier over a single Cat5e cable, with power supplied through a standard PoE switch.

The range comprises the RTI-AMP-2-125, RTI-AMP-2-125D, RTI-AMP-4-125, RTI-AMP-4-125D, RTI-AMP-8-125 and RTI-AMP-8-125D, along with the RTI-AMP-IWC and RTI-AMP-IWC-EU wall-mounted controllers.
