RTI, which is distributed by Connected Media Australia, has announced it has extended its warranty program to three years on all products, except batteries which are one year.

The new warranty program will cover RTI and Pro Control’s entire portfolio of control and AV solutions.

RTI vice president of global sales Mike Everett says the extended warranty program demonstrates the company’s commitment to product quality, reliability and support.

“Broadening our warranty coverage to three years reflects the confidence we have in our products. We have been getting great feedback from our distributors and dealers, and moving to a comprehensive three-year warranty provides another selling feature and is an excellent way to show that we stand behind our partners and our products.”
