RTI will debut new AV products at ISE 2018Control and automation manufacturer RTI has announced its new integrated remote monitoring solution, RTiQ.

RTiQ aims to make it simpler for RTI dealers to monitor client AV installations, and can be configured to monitor components controlled by an RTI XP control processor. RTiQ is available for free to all RTI dealers.

RTI dealers can monitor the status of devices via a dashboard worldwide and receive email and text alerts if a failure occurs. This in turn allows dealers to remotely trigger an action to restore failed systems or components, which can reduce system downtime by eliminating the need for services calls for simple issues.
