Under the agreement, RTI Systems Asia will distribute and provide technical support for RTI’s entire line of handheld and in-wall control panels, central processors, and related accessories throughout the region.

“We are very excited to have partnered with RTI Systems Asia and we look forward to their support as we continue to penetrate the Asian market with our control solutions,” RTI international sales manager Kris Haggstrom says.

In support of the new southeast Asian distribution channel, RTI Systems Asia offers regional offices in Thailand and Singapore to provide professional best-in-class service for RTI’s control solutions.

The Thailand office supports customers in Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia while the Singapore office represents Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Both locations are fully operational and equipped to honor all existing and new warranties and service requirements for the entire RTI product line.

Director Kenny Jackel heads RTI Systems Asia operations in Thailand while sales manager Kenneth Ng leads the Singapore team. Director Gregory Revell is in charge of training and engineering support for all regions.

“RTI control solutions offer several unique advantages, especially in terms of the time and cost savings associated with programming all devices via one software platform, Integration Designer,” Gregory says.

“Our goal is to deliver outstanding service and support and I’m looking forward to hitting the road to train our customers on the installation benefits of integrating RTI solutions into their projects.”
