Realmotion to debut its Engine software
Realmotion is set to debut its Realmotion Engine software, providing a flexible product ecosystem for system designers, rental and staging companies, AV integrators and content developers to realise the full power of real-time technology.
To be released at InfoComm 2024, Realmotion founder and principal Alexandre Simionescu says the decision to introduce a software-only version of its core technology comes with a growing demand to extend the capabilities of Realmotion to clients that prefer to manage and support their hardware.

“Realmotion technology was built to support interactive and generative content for audiovisual installations and responsive multimedia environments. With the launch of Realmotion Engine, these capabilities will empower even more users to go beyond pixels to create tailored audiovisual experiences,” Alexandre says.
Realmotion Engine is designed to be leveraged in various settings, including interactive digital experiences, projection mapping, digital art installations, broadcasts, live event venues, activations, digital signage and theme-based and location-based entertainment.
Integrated with a range of commercial-grade sensors and content-creation platforms, Realmotion Engine is built to handle dynamic, interactive elements in real-time and linear video content. A key strength is its ability to integrate sensor data, media outputs, media playback, lighting management and content management through one scalable software. Users can seamlessly layer various features and technologies to develop dynamic outputs tailored to their specific needs.
Realmotion Engine’s key performance differentiators include its real-time rendering capabilities, a wide range of sensor integration, real-time media support (Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, Notch, Unity), uncompressed video playback, scripting, CMS and Show Control integration.
