ratgdo is now compatible with Crestron Home through Chowmain Soft.

ratgdo is an alternative to MyQ for your Chamberlain or Liftmaster garage door opener that works over your local WiFi network. With direct hardware integration, it won’t be affected by service disruptions, loss of internet access or subscription requirements.

ratgdo connects to your door opener with three simple wires and works with virtually any residential Chamberlain or Liftmaster-manufactured garage door opener. It can control the door and report back the actual status of the door (opened, closed, in motion). For Security + 2.0 door openers, the obstruction sensors, light, wireless lockout and even motion sensing are also integrated.

ratgdo integration to Crestron Home provides functionalities including IP control, support for motors with discrete open/close and for motors that only support toggle and the ability to lock the RF remotes for added security.

Furthermore, Crestron Home integration will allow for feedback on when the last time the Motion Detector was tripped, Obstruction was tripped, motor was opened and motor was closed as well as an extension driver with a custom UI with Toggle Door, Open/Close (if supported), Stop, Lock/Unlock Remote and Light On/Off.

The driver will provide the Actions: Open, Close, Stop, Toggle, Light On, Light Off, Remote Lock, Remote Unlock, along with Events: Opened, Closed, Door In Motion, Light On, Motion, Obstruction, Remote Locked and Remote Unlocked.
