The QED uPlay Stream enables people to access all the high resolution music they’ve stored electronically on their computer, tablet, Smartphone or network storage, and enjoy it streamed wirelessly (or via Ethernet) through their existing audio system, for the first time experiencing genuine Hi-Fi sound quality from a product that is extremely easy to set up and use, and at a fraction of the cost of its competitors.

uPlay Stream is a small, neat box which plugs into an existing system and never needs to be visible because it is controlled by the downloadable user friendly dedicated QED uPlay Stream app available for both iOS and Android, so the streamer itself can simply be hidden close to the existing system, connecting your digitally stored music collection to your audio or home cinema system, and allowing you to browse and stream high resolution music files using Wi-Fi or Ethernet from mobile devices, server devices and even ‘Cloud’ storage.

The discreet, ultra-compact QED uPlay Stream is also a DLNA and UPnP compatible device that supports MP3, AAC, WMA, WAV, FLAC and Apple Lossless audio formats. Boasting a high resolution Wolfson DAC (compatible with files up to 24-bit/96kHz), it plugs into any available line level (auxiliary) input of a hi-fi, audio system, soundbar, television, speaker dock or home cinema system.

Up to eight uPlay Streams can be used together to build a high quality, very cost effective multi-room system, in up to eight separate rooms.
