Currently most wireless audio and microphone transmitters operate in the spectrum located at the frequency range 694 – 820MHz; however from January 1, 2015, it will be illegal to use these devices in this range.

“It will be important for users to choose new systems that can transmit at the new frequency, adhere to the new legislation and most importantly suit their requirements – this is where our expertise can help them choose the best system for the best price,” says Ian Ward, managing director – Victoria, Pro AV Solutions.

The campaign will run as three promotion cycles from December 2013 to 31st December 2014. The trade-in promotion offers great savings to customers when trading in their old systems for new ones as well the opportunity to register for a complimentary system audit of their existing wireless audio systems to help decide on what system perfectly addresses their requirements.

The wireless frequency upgrade and other details of the reassigned wireless spectrum can be found on www.proAVsolutions.com.au/digdiv, s hub page specially designed to highlight the most important aspects of the frequency upgrade as well as the latest from Pro AV Solutions’ trade-in offers, product listings and related services.

“We’ve leveraged our partner relationships in order to pass on both the benefit of price and quality to our customers. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the trade-in offer and look forward to being a supportive partner in helping with the transition to the new frequency in the coming months,” Ian adds.
