PhaseTech has launched its custom-length and colour Variable Length Soundbars (VLS) including the VLS70-LCR for TVs 60” to 70” and VLS100-LCR for TVs 75” to 100”.

These made-to-order three-channel soundbars are specially crafted to serve as left, centre and right speakers using three separate speakers in a complete surround system while aesthetically matching the video display width and colour.

Both the speaker and matching grille are customised to the specific television model provided by the ordering integrator. The VLS sound bar easily mounts to a TV bracket or directly to the wall. Seamlessly designed to blend with your TV screen while delivering exceptional audio quality, PhaseTech recommends pairing them with the P3-35 three-channel Dolby Digital Amplifier for optimal sound experience.

Key features of these innovative soundbars include a 19.1mm silk/synthetic soft dome tweeter, two 76.2mm ultra-long throw polypropylene woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and two 76.2cm ultra-long throw polypropylene bass radiators with butyl rubber surrounds. Absolute Phase Crossover networks ensure precise synchronization of speaker drivers.

Additionally, the VLS boasts a sleek design with a depth of only 73mm.

These soundbars feature a nominal impedance of 8Ω, sensitivity of 90 dB\@2.83V/1m and a frequency response ranging from 65Hz to 20kHz. They are recommended to be powered within the range of 15 to 100W. The enclosures are black extruded aluminium and feature a passive radiator design. Inputs are via Euroblock connector, and they come with cloth grilles. Colour options include black, with custom colours available.

The dimensions of these soundbars are 17.15cm in height with an extension of 137.2 to 238.8cm while resting at 7.3cm in width. The width varies between 137.16cm to 167.64 for the VLS70-LCR and 170.18 to 238.76 for the VLS100-LCR.

The VSL70-LCR weighs 9.97kg and the VSL100-LCR weighs 10.88kg. Included accessories comprise a wall mount for easy installation, which involves mounting the bar to the wall, sliding cabinets on and then attaching the grille.

The VLS soundbars find applications in various settings, including three-channel home theatre setups, living rooms, home offices and conference rooms.

The VLS70-LCR and VLS100-LCR come with a limited ten-year warranty, ensuring long-term enjoyment of the audio investment.
