Panasonic’s stunning TH-65VX100U and TH-50VX100 are full High Definition Plasma Display Panels available in 65 inch and 50 inch sizes.

The Plasmas offer Full HD 1080p (1,920 x1,080) resolution and deliver a 60,000:1 contrast ratio for stunning image quality. Furthermore they feature an industry-leading colour gradation level of 7,160 steps. They are suitable for dedicated home theatre rooms, broadcast and production studios.

The new Home Theatre Plasmas are equipped with easy-to-use customisable functions, allowing users to make fine adjustments to colour and contrast, for professional-grade colour management control. They offer users an abundance of terminals, four HDMI inputs, a multifunctional slot and 16 adjustable menus covering items such as gamma curve options and white balance settings. Full HD footage can be viewed at the same gamut and can be finely adjusted, ideal for broadcast use or any professional requiring superior colour control. The advanced memory function makes it possible to save the optimum settings of connected devices.

Both Home Theatre Plasmas achieve the deepest, richest blacks, thanks to Panasonic’s new Dynamic Black Layer which reduces pre-discharge to one-sixth of conventional models. A newly-designed phosphor material process technology and optical filter allows for an expanded colour range that covers 120% of the HDTV colour standard.

Panasonic’s world-leading 18-bit digital signal processing produces a detailed graduation from light to dark, with faithful expression of subtle colour differences. The moving picture resolution of over 900 lines reproduces clear, crisp and smooth images for impeccable reproduction of fast-moving scenes.

In addition the newly designed Plasmas feature a stylish Aluminium hairline bezel.
