Optoma has unveiled a significant upgrade to its Optoma Management Suite (OMS). The 2025 upgrade sees three significant enhancements including a more user-friendly management interface, a multi-brand display control via integration with the Hyve Smart Connector (OCH100) and an enhanced remote security management mechanism.

With the increase in demand for intelligent display management, the ability to integrate and centrally control multi-brand and multi-model display devices has become challenging. The latest version of OMS, paired with OCH100 enables seamless integration and control of displays from various brands, allowing for unified monitoring and operation.

OMS has optimised user configuration features to address the challenges of managing multiple display devices. With the “Quick Batch Import” function, it supports one-time addition, editing or deletion of devices. A multi-administrator mode has also been implemented to improve management capabilities and operational convenience further.

OMS also introduces 12 practical templates for digital signage. These templates support playback of videos, images and streaming content while supporting RSS feeds and Canvas template files for enhanced content display.

The update introduces the Emergency Broadcast Function, which allows real-time message transmission to all connected display devices. It ensures instant synchronisation of critical information, which is beneficial for a wide range of emergencies.

OMS features remote scheduling of display software updates to ensure remain up to date. It also allows remote access to projector network controls for seamless management, and enhanced security by locking I/O ports, preventing unauthorised users from modifying system settings.
