Optoma, which is distributed by Amber Technology, has announced the 8,200 lumens, dual-colour flagship ZU850 laser projector, which features Multi-Colour Laser (MCL) technology light source.

This technology allows vibrant colours, with high resolution and contrast, to be reproduced into stunning quality images. The dual colour blue and red laser diodes replicate true-to-life colour performance while maintaining a consistent high brightness.

Optoma ZU850 is packed with a range of advanced connectivity options including, HDMI, DVI-D, HDBaseT and 3G-SDI. It also features a motorised lens shift, zoom and focus, combined with 360° and portrait operation mode, providing total flexibility for simple, trouble-free installation.

The 20,000 hours DuraCore laser light technology means the ZU850 is virtually maintenance free without the need for lamp or filter replacement. Additionally, a dust-sealed, filter-free design featuring an IP6X certification engine prevents dust and dirt from affecting the optical system.
