Projector brand Optoma has announced a long-term distribution partnership with World Best Technology Distributor (WBT) with the aim of expanding the national availability of its big screen and projection distribution range.

Optoma APAC general manager Gordon Wu says the partnership shows strong commitment from both companies to support the industry with technology that provides the best in safety, reliability and efficiency.

He says: “The partnership will allow Optoma to expand nationally through WBT’s sales channels and full service provided across Australia, while leveraging its strong relationships and technical capabilities focusing on big screen industry.”

WBT director Gerard Maggs says the partnership will strengthen its market position in Australia and provide growth opportunities.

“Optoma’s product capacity is world-class and we look forward to working closely with the local team to deliver ongoing value to our customers, particularly full product lines that require easier set-up for upgrades and new builds.”

WBT has facilities in Sydney, Melbourne and Perth.

Optoma products are also distributed by Amber Technology which supplies the full range of projector products in residential and commercial markets.
