Onkyo LS7200 heroOnkyo, which is distributed in Australia by Amber Technology and in NZ by Avalon Audio, has released the new Onkyo LS-7200 3D Soundbar System.

Featuring a slim-line five-channel network receiver, low-profile soundbar for unobstructed vision and wirelessly powered subwoofer, the LS-7200 creates a multidimensional sound experience when watching TV, movies or gaming.

The LS-7200 has a multi-driver array fed by a slim external network receiver connected via a single cable, allowing Dolby Atmos and DTS:X soundtracks to be reproduced authentically. The user will be immersed in a holographic 3D sound app-based audio played over AirPlay, Spotify and Chromecast Built-in (formerly Google Cast).  Music streamed wirelessly with DTS Play-Fi, AirPlay or Wi-Fi will also be delivered with clarity and depth, while vinyl fans can connect a turntable to either system.

Ideal for apartment living, the LS-7200 has listening enhancement modes including Pure Direct, Late Night and Loudness Management, and control of multi-room audio through the use of the Onkyo Controller app.

Compact two-way speakers allow for flexibility of positioning that won’t obscure the screen, including wall mount brackets, and TV connections are reduced to a single HDMI. The wireless subwoofer has also been designed for flexible positioning, featuring sculpted feet to create a resemblance to furniture.

The new LS-7200 is part of Onkyo’s soon to be released FireConnect wireless multi-room audio ecosystem.
