These simple yet edgy-looking headphones feature wide-range drivers encased in machined aluminium chassis designed to minimise vibration and resonance. The titanium-coating on the 8mm drivers delivers an exceptionally clear, extended bass and distortion free holographic imaging, not expected to be found at this price point. Sonically, both models offer high levels of tonal balance, extended treble response and audibly finer levels of top-to-bottom resolution than the previous NE-7M model from NuForce.

The NE-700M offers the added convenience of also being used as a headset and includes a hands-free microphone with pick-up button for answering calls and operating music playback/fast forward features. The earpiece signal cables also feature subtle, colour coded collars to indicate which is the left and right earpiece. Both models are compatible with iPhone 2G/3G/4G, iPod Touch and BlackBerry Storm, and the NE-700M generally works with any device that supports 3.5mm stereo 3 or 4 conductor plugs.
