NETGEAR has revealed the WAX610W wall-mount, with a WiFi access point designed to deliver seamless connectivity for hospitality environments, multi-dwelling units and education settings. The device was created to simplify deployment and management while enhancing the guest and resident experience.

The WAX610W delivers up to 1.8Gbps of total throughput across dual bands, one Gigabit PoE-In port for power and uplink, plus four Gigabit LAN ports to directly connect devices like IP phones, smart TVs and projectors.

The WAX610W is compatible with client devices across WiFi 4, WiFi 5, WiFi 6E and WiFi 7 on the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands and supports mesh backhaul for flexible deployment.
