MuxLab, designer and manufacturer of AV solutions for commercial and residential applications, is now shipping its new HDMI/Dante-over-IP PoE transmitter. The latest transmitter delivers HDMI signals of up to 4K at 30Hz as well as featuring High Dynamic Range with support for a wide range of luminosity.

Installation requires connection to an Ethernet switch which lets the entire system rise on an IP infrastructure and can connect using a Cat5e/6 cable up to 100m away.

Based on you network bandwidth, there is potential for hundreds of sources and displays to be integrated into the system using only one transmitter and receiver for each source and display. This makes it ideal for video wall and virtual matrix configurations.

Each 4K transmitter provides a two-channel stereo audio input and HDMI AV and 2CH Dante Audio can be independently distributed to hundreds of AV devices and Dante-supported audio devices respectively.

End-users can configure and control the equipment with the MuxLab Network Controller or MuxControl app for iOS or Android to simplify the configuration and management process for all MuxLab AV-over-IP networks.

The system is also compatible with third party control apps, and Dante audio can be managed via Audinate software.
