Kramer has released the KIT 500, a high−performance integrated matrix scaler kit consisting of the KIT 500T matrix transmitter, the KIT 500R auto−switcher scaler receiver and an HDBT input for routing a remote signal (from the KIT 500T transmitter).

With extended remote USB peripherals (such as a room camera) for local USB hosting, the KIT 500T matrix transmitter comes with two USB−C and two HDMI/USB inputs independently routable to HDMI and HDBT outputs, while the KIT 500R auto−switcher scaler receiver brings an HDMI input for routing a local signal.

The main features of the KIT 500 include a wired and wireless auto switcher, AV inputs and USB host ports switching, HDMI signal and high-performance scaling, powerful audio handling, I–EDIDPro Kramer intelligent EDID processing, BYOD ease and convenience and built–in intelligent control gateway.

Additionally, the KIT 500 also provides users with USB 2.0 and bi–directional RS–232 extension, audio de–embedding, comprehensive management and easy and elegant installation.
