Producing a high light output (white) and running at safe-to-touch low temperatures, Nimbus LED.next lighting requires no maintenance and has an extremely long life of up to 50,000 hours.

100% recyclable and containing no mercury, Nimbus LED.next is the world’s most environmentally responsible lighting.

Nimbus LED.next lighting can be installed in almost any commercial or residential location and can be suspended from or mounted onto any surface, including concrete, steel, laminate or wood.

The advanced LED technology has also been applied to motion sensitive dimming for ceiling lighting, a slim line desk lamp, and a range of waterproof lighting designed for bathrooms and outdoors.

Acknowledged as world leaders in sustainable and energy efficient LED lighting technology, German company Nimbus chose Sydney based Koda Lighting as the exclusive Australian distributor in its first market outside of Europe.

“We were blown away by Nimbus LED.next lighting at the Light+Building Fair in Frankfurt,” says Koda Lighting Managing Director Phil McCall. “Nimbus LED.next is changing the world of lighting. Being green is no longer just a trend; in the current global environment, cost savings and sustainability are what Australians are now demanding in their everyday lives.”

With the Australian government phasing out the sale of standard incandescent light bulbs by the end of this year, there is a rapidly increasing demand for green and energy efficient lighting solutions.

With the significantly lower energy consumption and maintenance benefits of Nimbus LED.next lighting over conventional alternatives, the average 20-30% higher purchase cost can be recovered after approximately six months (in most installations).
