Kadan brings 1Home Touch smart home control to KNX systems
Kadan has launched the 1Home Touch, a wall-mounted touchscreen designed to provide centralised control of KNX and Matter-enabled smart home devices. The 4” panel can control lighting, blinds, climate, audio, security, energy monitoring and scenes from a single interface.
The 1Home Touch features a customisable interface with automatically generated room layouts, allowing integrators to create control screens based on existing device configurations. Layouts can then be adjusted using a drag-and-drop editor, with options for scenes, individual devices or a combination of both.

A built-in proximity sensor wakes the display when someone approaches, while the integrated microphone and speaker support SIP intercom functionality. The microphone remains inactive when the intercom isn’t being used.
The panel connects via WiFi or Ethernet and can be powered using PoE or KNX auxiliary power. It measures 86 x 86 x 35 mm and is compatible with a range of wall-box formats.
The 1Home Touch operates as an extension of compatible 1Home hardware, including the 1Home Server KNX Pro, 1Home Server KNX, 1Home Server KNX Bridge, 1Home Server CH and 1Home Voice & Visu.
