ES250PW includes a built in 2.4GHz receiver, which allows you to transmit an audio signal up to 22 metres (75’) (depending on conditions), adding unrivalled flexibility and convenience without sacrificing quality. With its wireless capability and compact enclosure the ES250PW fits any environment, with a style that equals its substance.

The fully featured ES250PW also includes conventional L/R and LFE inputs, level, crossover frequency and phase adjustments, and has a switchable low pass filter. The wireless option provides a choice of four frequencies to circumvent interference. Each ES250PW comes complete with all you need to set up your wireless subwoofer, including a transmitter module, transmitter power supply, an interconnect cable for connecting to your AV receiver’s sub pre out, a transmitter wall-mount bracket and an IEC power cable.

Its Low Frequency driver features a PolyPlas™-cone, a material which is perfect for subwoofer construction as not only is it strong and low in mass, but insensitive to high or low temperatures.

This cellulose-fibre reinforced cone with a polymer coating adds rigidity and damping to the cone with minimal mass increase, which produces the clear, deep bass lines crucial for dynamic home theatre and music systems.

With a powerful 400-watt RMS (700 watt peak) high-output, high-efficiency amplifier the ES250PW is capable of producing thunderous deep bass without breakup or distortion, even at high listening levels.

The front-firing main drive unit is reflex loaded via an innovative down-firing FreeFlow port which eliminates unwanted air turbulence to reduce noise and increases the driver’s overall efficiency and power handling.

And colouration and unnatural images in your sound will be a thing of the past with the ES250PW, thanks to the tapered cabinet and medium-density fibreboard (MDF) construction, which work in harmony to eliminate edge reflections, standing waves and cabinet vibration.

The ES250PW is the perfect match for the rest of the ES Series, which features a choice of three, 4-way floorstanding speakers, three, 3-way bookshelf/ surround speakers and a voice-matched 3-way centre speaker. There is also a conventional, 300-watt, 250mm (10”) powered subwoofer for smaller rooms or where the wireless option is not required.
