Nestled in the heart of Sydney, Ricos Tacos recently embarked on an exciting transformation of its upstairs area into Club Ricos, a novel concept inspired by 1960s Mexican football, combining the allure of a disco den with the comfort of a sports bar.

For Jands, the challenge in transforming Club Ricos, situated on the second floor of Ricos Tacos, was to create an auditory experience that not only complemented but also enhanced the already vibrant character of the venue. This required an audio system that not only amplified the space but also encapsulated its unique energy.

Jands business development manager Ilias Sintrikos proposes a tailored mix of products from Blustream, ElectroVoice, and Dynacord to meet their specific needs.

Blustream technology was pivotal in connecting the existing downstairs system with the new setup upstairs, ensuring a harmonious sound experience throughout the venue, whereas installing ElectroVoice EVC-12” loudspeakers were chosen for their adaptability across various music genres, complementing the Pioneer DJ console that the venue already housed.

To enhance the loudspeakers, Dynacord DSA8405 amplifiers were selected, ensuring seamless and enriched sound integration.
