InfoComm and Diversified Communications launch AV User ForumInfoComm International and Diversified Communications Australia have announced the launch of the AV User Forums across Australasia. In the run-up to Integrate Expo 2017, the AV User Forums invite all AV technology managers, decision-makers and key influencers in the education and hospitality sectors to attend.

“We’re delighted to be working closely with our long-term partner, InfoComm International, to expand the Integrate presence across the Australasia region, particularly in the end-user market, which has seen a 15% growth year-over-year at the event. InfoComm is internationally renowned for delivering highly current and insightful education so I’m confident that these new forums will become a favourite fixture in the yearly AV industry calendar of events,” said Integrate event manager Soren Norgaard.

The forums aim to inform and educate attendees on the important role of AV in increasing business revenue for organisations of vertical markets. It will include presentations for each sector, a panel discussion, a Q&A session and networking opportunities.

“Today’s AV technology plays a major role in creating outstanding customer experiences. To attract and increase business, an organisation must offer the most positive perception of itself. Through the AV User Forums we look forward to helping end users gain insight into the power of integrating sophisticated AV solutions to deliver the outcomes they require,” said InfoComm Asia Pacific senior director of development Jonathan Seller.

The AV User Forum will be hosted in Sydney on 12 June and in Melbourne on 31 August alongside the Integrate Expo 2017, which is held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Attendance is free of charge but pre-registration to gain access is required.

The forums will expand across Australasia in 2018 to include Brisbane in March, Auckland in May, Melbourne in July and Sydney in August.
