HARMAN completes Sound United acquisition to expand premium audio portfolio
HARMAN International has acquired Sound United, the former consumer audio business of Masimo Consumer.

Sound United’s portfolio of audio brands includes Bowers & Wilkins, Denon, Marantz, Definitive Technology, Polk Audio, HEOS, Classé and Boston Acoustics. The acquisition comes as HARMAN aims to expand its audio portfolio across the industry.
