Extron has introduced the DTP3 T 322 D, a two-input wallplate transmitter that extends USB-C and HDMI signals, USB data, audio, power and control up to 100m over a shielded CAT 6A cable.

Designed for meeting rooms, lecterns, floor boxes and other presentation environments, the transmitter supports both USB-C and HDMI source connectivity in a compact two-gang wallplate format.

The DTP3 T 322 D supports uncompressed video transmission at resolutions up to 4K/60 4:4:4 and is compliant with HDCP 2.3. When used with the Extron UPI 100 Power Inserter, the unit can deliver up to 100W of USB-C power delivery for charging connected devices.

Additional features include automatic input switching, EDID Minder, remote power capability and bidirectional RS-232 extension for AV device control. The transmitter also supports HDMI 2.0b signals at data rates up to 18Gbps, including HDR, deep colour, 3D and embedded HD lossless audio formats.
