Extron and Sennheiser unveil AI-ready enterprise solutions certified for Microsoft Teams
Extron and Sennheiser has unveiled its Design Solution devices, certified for Microsoft Teams, now include select control processors from Extron’s IPCP Pro xi Series and the new TeamConnect Ceiling Medium from Sennheiser.
AI-powered software like Microsoft 365 Copilot relies on clear and reliable audio to be effective. These tools depend on precise voice capture to be able to transcribe precisely.

The Sennheiser TCC M microphone was developed to uphold these requirements.
Extron chief marketing officer Casey Hall says that the collaboration between Sennheiser and Microsoft results in secure conferencing solutions that are certified for Microsoft Teams.

Sennheiser’s global partner relations manager Charlie Jones says that the collaboration with Extron is an exciting step forward to expand its range of solutions that are certified for Microsoft Teams.

The Extron products certified for Microsoft Teams consists of the DMP 64 Plus and DMP 128 Plus Series Digital Audio Matrix processors, XPA U 1002 and XPA U 1004 SB Power Amplifiers, SF 3CT LP and SF 26CT Series Ceiling Speakers and IPCP Pro 250 xi and IPCP Pro 255Q xi Quad Core Control Processor.
The Sennheiser products include the TeamConnect Ceiling Medium Ceiling Microphone array and the TeamConnect Ceiling 2 Ceiling Microphone array.
The Microsoft Teams rooms solution capabilities allow users to connect to the room with a Microsoft Teams meeting, intelligibility with Extron AEC, enterprise level routing flexibility and device compatibility with Dante AoIP and more.
