Epson focuses on brightness, colour and efficiency at Integrate 2015
The Epson Australia lineup for Integrate 2015 focused very much on brightness, colour and efficiency. Kicking off the stand were the versatile EB-Z10000U, EB-Z9870U, EB-G6770WU installation projectors with comprehensive demonstrations of projection mapping, edge blending and portrait projection. These demonstrations also significantly highlighted the projectors’ versatility in installation with 360° projection capabilities and how they are designed for continuous 24-hour use.
With the latest in-built HDBaseT connectivity allowing up to multiple connections (including uncompressed HD video, audio, power, networking, Ethernet and control) in one cable, these projectors demonstrate a wide range of applications.

Alongside the installation projectors was the much-heralded MeetingMate interactive demonstration where the EB-1430Wi highlighted seamless collaboration through PC free whiteboard sharing, iProjection and finger-touch functionality that changes the way meetings are conducted forever. The MeetingMate demonstration showed how easy it is to collaborate with multiple people in multiple locations with simple touch, swipe, scale and erase functions with or without an interactive pen. There’s also the save, email and print functions on show that fully embody the collaboration theme.
In home theatre there’s a real treat in store as the remarkable EH-LS10000 lights up the home theatre room with its incredible laser light source, up to 30,000 hour life, absolute black contrast ratio, 3LCD reflective panels, richer blacks and whiter whites and increased aperture. The EH-LS10000 utilises 4K Enhancement Technology for stunning images and promises a laser show like no other.
A big feature on this year’s Epson stand was Colour Light Output and in particular the visible differences between 3LCD and 1-chip DLP technology. 3LCD projectors produce up to three times brighter colours than 1-chip DLP projectors, giving a much more vibrant image and that will be very evident on this part of the stand.
