Dynaudio distribution change

TotalQ managing director Rob Sanders says of the change, “Of course we are very disappointed with this decision by Dynaudio. Personally I have been distributing Dynaudio in our own company or as a representative for previous importers for twenty years. We have built the business in Australia, a loyal following of consumers and dealers and the considerable goodwill that goes with that effort.

“Dynaudio have decided that their long term interests lay elsewhere and as the professional and ethical company that we are, we will support the change with fair outcomes to all parties as we transition the distribution to Syntec protecting the brand image we created in this market, and our loyal dealers. I believe that professionalism and moral value is highlighted whilst recently investing heavily to release Xeo with the
full knowledge that our distribution was under serious review. We always believed in the brand and its products to the very end.

“Finally I would like to extend a very big thank you to all our Dynaudio dealers, almost the majority of who were with us from the beginning. Without their mutual support we could not have had such a successful and enjoyable business relationship or enjoyed their friendship that will live long beyond this change. We look forward to continue working with them all, with the remainder of our fantastic and loyal suppliers and
those new brands we might acquire in the future.”
