Digi-Wave, distributed by Amber Technology, has delivered its Advanced Comms Module (ACM) Transceiver, the ultimate fully portable, two-way communication intercom solution for many different settings such as broadcast, theatre and live events.

A fully portable, full-duplex wireless intercom solution, the ACM Transmitter’s Flexible Access Point feature allows users to stay connected with their team without being tethered to a base station and enables any centralised device within the system to act as the access point.

Digi-Wave ACM systems can be divided into up to four subgroups, allowing each team to have an individual communication line with just their team i.e. lights, camera, stage and security, allowing leaders to switch between subgroups for targeted communication effortlessly.

An All-Call Intercom feature can be activated from designated devices and is ideal for stage managers, broadcast directors and event coordinators to notify crew of stage cues, the end of the commercial break, emergency announcements and more.

Flexible programming allows settings to be adjusted online or offline by designating a separate unit as a control unit. Administrators can conveniently program all system settings offline using the control function, making updates to the system without interrupting active communication.
