Danish audio specialist, DALI has released a versatile range of speakers called OPTICON.

The series includes floor-standing speakers, wall-mounted speakers, stand-mounted bookshelf speakers and a centre speaker that can be used as standalone solutions or as part of a home theatre.

Speakers in the range include the DALI OPTICON 1, a small stand-mount speaker, the DALI OPTICON 2, a more powerful stand-mount speaker, the DALI OPTICON 5, a 90cm tall speaker, the DALI OPTICON 6, a 1m tall floor-standing speaker and the DALI OPTICON 8, the largest of the aforementioned speakers which the manufacturer considers the pinnacle of the range.

Every model in the series features DALI Medium Density Fibre (MDF) cabinets and DALI drivers, as well as the Soft Magnetic Compound (SMC) pole piece.

DALI has incorporated low-loss wood fibre woofers into every speaker in this range, with each speaker finished with gold plated bi-wiring terminals.

There is another speaker in the series called the DALI OPTICON VOKAL, a centre speaker that completes a home cinema sound system delivering power and control. It features a 6 ½” low-loss wood fibre woofer, the Hybrid Tweeter module and a front-pointed bass port.

Distributed by DALI distribution, the speakers are available in light walnut, black and white matt satin.
