The TPMC-3X Handheld WiFi Touchpanel was also awarded the Most InAVative Control Product for Residential Use.

All global AV manufacturers that released commercially available products throughout the EMEA marketplace within the 2009 calendar year were eligible. Eighty-four products were finalists, and one winner was chosen for each of the 14 categories.

“It’s a great honor to be recognised by the EMEA marketplace for two exceptional yet distinctly different types of products,” said Vincent Bruno, Crestron Director of Marketing. “It’s a testament to the innovation and vision of our talented engineers.”

Crestron DigitalMedia (DM) is the only complete, integrated solution for the digital age, accepting all analogue audio and video, high-res computer, HDMI, DVI, DisplayPort, Ethernet and USB keyboard / mouse control and distributing them over a single copper wire or fiber strand. DM even processes all the embedded data – including HDCP, EDID and CEC – for fast, reliable system performance.

The TPMC-3X redefines handheld remote control; dramatically improves the range and performance of previous generations of WiFi devices, and provides the full Crestron touchpanel experience in a small, mobile form factor. Exclusively engineered omni-directional 802.11a/b/g communication provides enhanced RF coverage that enables roaming between multiple access points.

At ISE 2010, the Crestron booth #1F10/ 1A100/ 1F2 has been filled with enthusiastic attendees, impressed with all the new products and technologies introduced this year. Highlights of the show include Crestron Green Light lighting control solutions, the DVPHD-GB high-definition annotator with Guidebar technology, and the ADMS Intermedia Delivery System and its companion products, the ADC-200BR 200-disc Blu-ray Changer and CEN-NAS-4TB Network Attached Storage.
