“The AV industry is the most exciting, cutting-edge business in the world, and we are very proud to be part of it,” says Crestron director of marketing Vincent Bruno.

“There’s no better way to celebrate the strength, innovation, vibrancy and leadership of our industry than to attract and train fresh new talent and welcome them into our industry.”

Crestron is very active in raising awareness of the AV industry. Thousands of architects, interior designers, local officials, end users and students have toured the Crestron Experience Centre to see the latest AV and control technology first-hand. Working with a local community college, Crestron sponsors continuing education classes that introduce professionals to cutting-edge technology and inspire them to pursue careers in AV. Crestron hired ten of those course graduates today.

“AV used to be a luxury. Today it’s mainstream, and delivers instant access to media and information – all the time and from everywhere,” observed Vincent.

“I can’t think of a home or type of organisation that doesn’t rely on AV systems and technology.”
