The first episode aired on 20 July and featured lifestyle technology expert, Janna Robinson and her team of installers and contractors transforming Entourage star, Kevin Connolly’s rarely used TV room and bar into a fully functional screening palace. The impeccably appointed media room features the latest cutting-edge home theatre technology and furnishings including luxury raised seating, Crestron AV control, a 110-inch screen, HD projector and custom-made automatic blackout shades.

Each episode of Hollywood Hi-Tech chronicles Robinson’s visits to a Hollywood star’s home to give one room the ultimate technology makeover using state-of-the-art gear to completely transform the space. Crestron integrator, Roberts Home AV installed a Crestron CP2E processor to control the audio and video, providing Connolly with one- touch control of all entertainment sources including Blu-ray player, cable TV, Crestron IDOCV for Apple iPod and more from a TPS-6X touch screen. Connolly’s theatre also features a Crestron iLux Lighting Control System.
