The combination of control technology from Control4, a leader in affordable IP-based home control systems, and remote systems management from Nuage Nine, a company created to revolutionise the remote management and monitoring of home systems, allows custom integrators to increase revenue and decrease costs through full remote service capabilities.

The Nuage Nine solution can now remotely monitor and manage, as well as send alerts, on all Control4 application processes in addition to all ZigBee- and IP-based devices. This extends the powerful capabilities of the Control4 system and increases the integrators ability to remotely diagnose and resolve customer issues as well as be alerted on all system status. The Nuage Nine solution uses industry-standards to remotely monitor devices and software. Additionally, Nuage Nine designed a set of software modules to completely interoperate with the Control4 products.
