Cogworks, an Australian and New Zealand supplier to specialist retailers and integrators of high-performance stereo and cinema-related equipment, has appointed David Lowton as its general manager as of 4 March 2024.

David has been in the industry for over 30 years and has worked in all facets from sales, design and engineering as well as spending the past decade-plus helping build two successful distribution companies.

“I’m very excited to be heading the Cogworks team and am looking forward to representing the amazing suite of products that Cogworks brings to the market,” David says.

“Cogworks’ unique and innovative approach is what sets it apart and myself and the team will continue to build on that.”

As general manager, David will oversee the operation and growth of the company and steer its future direction by building on the brands it brings to the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Cogworks currently distributes brands Meridian Audio, Elementi Audio and Artnovion among others.
